This place is disgusting and I hope they fail. They're never open, their tanks are always dirty with dead fish, and they don't properly maintain their reptiles. Their leopard gecko was on sand that looked like a cat's litter box that hadn't been scooped in weeks. Their ball pythons have no hides and are under bright light. I've tried to educate them on the proper care of these animals, and was disregarded entirely. They're in it solely for the money and don't care about the welfare of the animals in their store.
Nice staff, went out of their to order an aquatic animal I wanted. Would certainly work with them again.
Donnie (owner/operator) is very knowledgeable on the animals and fish that he keeps. He is able to get fish in the store very quickly and is always able to offer tips for the best results. I personally enjoy the expansion on the "critter" side of the store. I personally have kept snakes for years and can tell Donnie is right on point with the welfare of his animals. thank you Donnie for all you do!
Donnie is very helpful and I have never had a bad experience with him or patrick. The tanks are always clean and the fish are always healthy. U ask questions all the time due to being new to the saltwater hobby and they r always patient with me and me roudy kids. They are always helping me figure out a better way to do things and be successful in this hobby that they helped me fall in love with.
